The SMPR-23 (Silenced Multi Purpose, model 23) Is one of TWI's earliest creations. It was one of the reasons the world changed its way of making guns. The most reconazible part of the gun is the Big Barrel, which is actually it's silencer.

The gun is optic-only, which is not a bad thing... only a discomfort for people used to the iron sights. It is a fast firing weapon, at 940 RPM. The gun does not have flaws, only that the gun will heat up after firing rapidly (the overheating starts at wasting 5 mags in automatic fire).
