The RA-08 is a Ramos Defense Industries carbine that was originally designed as a CQB variant of the RA-07 . However with the introduction of the .300 AAC Blackout and extensive redesigns on the stock and gas systems, the gun was eventually given its own designation, the RA-08 (micro). The Gun can also be configured to fire 5.56x45mm, 9x19mm, .45 ACP, FN 5.7x28, and the saboted 6mm RDI 6.5×35. The gun is currently being marketed to Special Operations Groups and is currently in service with the French Foreign Legion, All branches of the Spanish Special Operation Units, and the RDI private military contractor, Espada.
